Quick start
- Register a free account (name, e-mail, password). You are signed in automatically.
- Pick an exam in the Exam Catalogue and open its page to see price, pass score and attempts.
- Buy it with a bank card on the secure Stripe page. Got a coupon? Enter it before paying.
- Take the exam from My Exams & Certificates. Answer every question, then press Finish Exam.
- Pass and your certificate is created instantly: download the PDF and share its verification code or QR code.
Good to know: the exam has no time limit, but your answers are not saved until you press Finish Exam. Do not close the page halfway.
Creating an account and signing in
Registration
Open /Certificate/Register (or press Login to Purchase on an exam page and choose Register). Fill in:

If that e-mail already has an account you will see “Bu e-posta adresi ile zaten bir hesap var. Lütfen giriş yapın.” — just sign in instead.
Signing in
Use E-posta and Şifre, then Giriş Yap. A single message is shown both for a wrong password and for a deactivated account: “E-posta veya şifre hatalı, ya da hesabınız pasif durumda.”
- You stay signed in for about 8 hours, even if you close the browser. After that you are asked to sign in again.
- To sign out use Çıkış Yap at the bottom of the left menu. Always do this on shared computers.
- If you started from an exam page, you are taken back to that exam after signing in or registering.
Forgot your password? There is currently no self-service reset or change-password page. Write to info@novsirius.com from the e-mail you registered with and our team will help you.
Language: the catalogue, exam pages and the verification page are available in English. The student panel itself (login, dashboard, exam screen and result) is currently shown in Turkish; this guide explains each screen.
Exam catalogue and exam page
Open /Certificate (menu: Sınav Kataloğu or Certification Exams). Each card shows the title, a short description, the pass score (e.g. “%70 geçme notu”), the number of attempts and the price. Press Details to open the exam page.
The exam page has four tiles:
- Price — what you pay (Turkish lira, charged through Stripe).
- Pass score — the minimum percentage of correct answers to earn the certificate.
- Attempts — how many times you may take the exam with one purchase.
- Questions — the number of questions. It can occasionally be a little higher than the real number if some questions were switched off.
The big button on the right changes with your situation:

Buying an exam
- On the exam page, enter a coupon if you have one and press Apply. The old price is crossed out and the new price shown. (Coupon codes are not case sensitive.)
- Press Purchase Exam. You are redirected to Stripe’s secure card page. Payment is always in Turkish lira (TRY) by card.
- After paying you return to a page saying “Ödemeniz Alındı” with the number of attempts added to your account. Press Sınava Başla (Start Exam) or Panele Dön (Back to dashboard).
Coupons
- A coupon gives a percentage or a fixed amount off. Only one coupon per purchase.
- If the coupon makes the exam free (100%), no card page appears: the exam is added to your account immediately.
- The amount to pay must be either 0 or at least 5 ₺. If a coupon would leave 0.01–4.99 ₺ it is rejected.
- Coupon messages (shown in Turkish): Geçersiz kupon kodu (unknown or switched off), Bu kuponun süresi dolmuş (expired), Bu kupon henüz geçerli değil (not started yet), Bu kupon bu ürün için geçerli değil (not valid for exams), Bu kuponun kullanım hakkı dolmuş (usage limit reached).
- You can check about 15 codes per minute. After that wait a minute.
What if something goes wrong?
- “Ödeme İşleniyor” after paying: your payment is being confirmed, usually within seconds. Wait a moment and open My Exams & Certificates. If it takes longer than a few minutes, contact us.
- “Ödeme İptal Edildi”: you left the card page or the payment failed. Nothing was charged for an unfinished payment; try again whenever you like.
- Closed the browser right after paying? The payment is still confirmed automatically; look in your dashboard.
Refunds: there is no automatic refund or invoice feature in the portal. Contact us at info@novsirius.com with the e-mail you paid with.
Your dashboard: “Sınavlarım & Sertifikalarım”
Open it from the left menu. It has two parts.
Sınav Haklarım (My exam rights)
One card for each exam you have paid for (newest first). Only paid purchases are listed.
- “N / M deneme hakkı kaldı” + Sınava Gir — you have attempts left (N of M).
- “Sınav başarıyla tamamlandı” — you passed; this purchase is finished.
- “Deneme haklarınız bitti” + Tekrar Satın Al — all attempts used; buy again to retry.
Sertifikalarım (My certificates)
A table with Sınav (exam), Puan (score), Sertifika Kodu (code), Tarih (date) and Durum (status: Geçerli valid or İptal Edildi revoked). Use PDF İndir to download a valid certificate.
Taking the exam
Press Sınava Gir (or Sınava Başla). The top of the page shows the pass score, the number of questions and which attempt this is, e.g. “Bu deneme 2. hakkınız (8 kaldı)”.
- Read each numbered question and choose one answer. Every question must be answered, otherwise the browser will not let you submit.
- When you are done, press Sınavı Bitir at the bottom.
- A pop-up asks “Sınavı bitirmek istediğinize emin misiniz? Bu deneme hakkınızı kullanacaksınız.” Confirm to finish. Your result is calculated immediately.
The rules

Tips: use a stable connection, stay on the page until the result appears, and do not use the browser’s back button during the exam.
Your result
The result page shows your percentage and how many answers were correct (e.g. “%85 başarı oranıyla (17 / 20 doğru)”). You pass when your score is equal to or higher than the pass score: if the pass score is 70% and you score exactly 70%, you pass.
If you passed — “Tebrikler, Sınavı Geçtiniz!”
- Your certificate is created instantly. There is no approval step.
- You see your certificate code (format NOV-XXXX-XXXX) and the button Sertifikamı PDF Olarak İndir.
- An e-mail titled “Tebrikler! … Sertifikanız Hazır” with the code and a verification link is sent to your account e-mail. Check your spam folder.
- The purchase is finished. Any unused attempts are not needed any more and cannot be used to improve the score.
If you did not pass — “Bu Sefer Olmadı”
- You are told your percentage and how many attempts remain. Press Tekrar Dene to try again.
- The result page does not show which questions were wrong.
- There is no waiting time between attempts.
- If no attempts remain: “Deneme haklarınız bitti. Tekrar denemek için yeniden satın almanız gerekiyor.” Press Tekrar Satın Al (a new purchase at the normal price; coupons can be used again).
Your certificate and PDF
Download it from the result page or any time from Sertifikalarım (button PDF İndir). The file is named Sertifika-NOV-XXXX-XXXX.pdf.
- Landscape A4, bilingual (Turkish and English), with the Novsirius logo.
- It contains your name, the course title, the date of issue, your unique certificate code, a verification note and a QR code.
- The score is not printed on the PDF.
- Only the account that earned the certificate can download it.
Name mistake? The name comes from your registration and cannot be edited in the portal. If it is wrong, contact info@novsirius.com and we will help.
Revoked certificates: in rare cases (for example an error or misuse) a certificate can be revoked by Novsirius. It then shows the badge İptal Edildi, loses its PDF button and fails verification. You may buy the exam again after a revocation.
Verifying a certificate
Anyone — an employer, a school, you — can check a certificate with no account.
- Open /Certificate/Verify (menu: Verify a Certificate) and type the code NOV-XXXX-XXXX, including the dashes (lowercase is fine), then press Verify.
- Or scan the QR code on the PDF: the page opens with the result already shown.

Privacy: anybody who has your code or QR code can see your name and certificate details on the verification page. Share the code only with people you want to show it to.
Certificates issued directly by Novsirius
After some trainings Novsirius issues a certificate directly, without an online exam. These have the same code format and the same PDF design (with the course dates added).
- You receive the PDF (or the code) from Novsirius.
- They are not listed in your dashboard, because they are not tied to a portal account.
- Verification works exactly the same; the page shows “Course” instead of “Exam”.
Frequently asked questions
I closed the exam page halfway. Did I lose an attempt?
No. An attempt is only used when you press “Sınavı Bitir”. But your answers were not saved, so you start again from question 1.
Can I see which answers were wrong?
No. The result shows only your percentage and the number of correct answers.
I passed. Can I use my remaining attempts to get a higher score?
No. After a pass the purchase is finished and the score is final.
I used all my attempts. What now?
Buy the exam again from the exam page or the dashboard (“Tekrar Satın Al”). It is a new purchase with new attempts, and you may use a coupon.
Why can’t I buy an exam I already passed?
You can only buy it again if you have no valid certificate for it. If you hold a valid certificate the page shows “You already hold this certificate.”
I paid, but I do not see my exam.
Open My Exams & Certificates and refresh after a minute. The payment is confirmed automatically. If the page said “Ödeme İşleniyor” for more than a few minutes, write to info@novsirius.com with your e-mail and the payment time.
I did not get the “certificate ready” e-mail.
Check spam. You can always download the certificate from your dashboard; the e-mail is only a convenience.
Can I change my name, e-mail or password?
Not in the portal at the moment. Contact info@novsirius.com from your registered address.
Is there a time limit?
No, but stay on the page: answers are not saved until you finish.
Are questions in random order?
No. Order is fixed and the same on every attempt.
Can an employer check my certificate without my account?
Yes, with the code or QR code on the verification page.
Which currency is used?
Turkish lira (TRY), by card via Stripe.
